Online Banking quick start for Legacy Vantage Bank Texas Customers

We want to make this transition as simple as possible. To help in this process, here are the instructions to reestablish your online banking access in the new banking platform.

Don’t forget to add the new Vantage Bank Texas mobile app to your smart device as soon as you have successfully logged into Online Banking.

If you are a business owner, please try our new Business Banking mobile app, tailored specifically for your business banking needs.

If you experience any issues with your personal account, call 1-866-580-7262. For access to Business Online Banking, please call 1-877-627-9099.


Personal Online Banking

If you are currently enrolled in Online Banking, you may continue to use your existing User ID (all lower cased) on the new Online Banking platform. You will, however, be required to create a new Online Banking Password. Your temporary Online Banking Password will be the last four (4) digits of your social security number.

If you are using Online Banking for the first time, please use the Sign Up option and register a user name and password.

Business Online Banking

To login to the new Vantage Business Online, please input your new User ID (the last 4 digits of your Company ID + your current User ID) and your assigned temporary password (Vantage2018) into the login box located on the top right-hand corner of the homepage. You will be able to establish a new password after your first-time login.

If you currently use a physical token to login, please use your new token(s) which were mailed to the administrator on your account. If you currently login using text or phone authentication, you will now use a smartphone app to login. Please refer to the First-Time Login Guides below.
