A Message to our Customers About COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

At Vantage Bank Texas, the health and well-being of our customers and employees is always our priority. Like you, we are monitoring the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19. While recent events are unprecedented in modern history, we want to assure you that we have an emergency preparedness plan that will enable us to meet your financial needs without interruption. Our leadership team is meeting daily to implement various provisions of the plan as they are needed. The following are some of the steps we have taken thus far:

  1. Effective Friday, March 20th, our branches will be open by appointment only. Our drive thru windows remain open during our normal, full hours. Customers can continue to transact at the branch drive thru lanes.
  2. Our corporate headquarters and lending offices are seeing customers by appointment only. Please call 956-664-8400 to contact a specific banker.
  3. We encourage you to use Vantage Bank’s digital tools for self-service banking. Access your accounts 24/7, view transactions, check balances, pay bills, deposit checks and make payments through Online Banking and/or Mobile Banking. If you have not enrolled in online access, the enrollment process will only take a few minutes of your time. Enroll now.
  4. Our Call Center (1-866-580-7262) remains open and our Service Associates are prepared to answer any questions you may have about your accounts and enrolling in online and mobile banking.
